Harvest Fruits 

At Harvest Festival this year the congregation was given a choice -  bring in fresh produce as usual or bring in food suitable for Foodbank.
 
We have received a letter. Part of it reads:
“On behalf of Stoke-on-Trent Foodbank I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your generous donation in October. We will use your donation of  217.95 kg of food to help feed people who are hungry in Stoke-on-Trent.”
 
Wow! 217.95kg! That is nearly three times our usual monthly collection. A massive thank you to all who gave and continue to give each week. Just one item a week can make all the difference for so many people. Please continue to check the list in the church foyer noting food items in short supply.
