Volunteer With Us 

If you would like to volunteer with us, there are a number of activities you can get involved in. We are looking for volunteers who may want to pledge just a little time each week to an activity in church or to make a one-off commitment to support a particular church event or outreach activity.

Volunteering for outreach activities and events

• Various activities and events occur throughout the year. They are advertised on the news sheet and a poster in the church porch or on the notice boards in church.

Volunteering in church

On Sundays and during the week there are always small but important tasks for volunteers to do, including:

• Being part of the welcoming team, as church members arrive for services and events.
• Helping the Sunday school teachers.
• Making teas and coffees after services and events.
• Cleaning - the kitchen needs regular attention.

Volunteer checks

Please be aware you may need to complete Safeguarding Training and/or DBS check, but do not let that put you off!
