COVID-19

Dear Friends
Another week has passed as we remain in self isolation to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus. I hope that you have continued to follow the national guidance and that you and your family are keeping safe.
As we start the journey of Holy Week sadly we cannot be together in person but I hope the link below helps you to connect with your friends at Trentham Methodist Church, those throughout the Circuit and the wider Methodist Church in the United Kingdom. Using this act of worship will help us all unite and, perhaps this year more than ever, think about and reflect on the pain and wonder of the Easter Story including the tragedy and the triumph.
As a Church  we are able to join together in prayer remotely at 6.00pm each day. The power of our combined prayer is really important as we think of the Coronavirus situation Worldwide. Please pray at  this time or another time that you are able and think of all those affected by the virus and their families and hold before the Lord those who have sadly lost their lives as a result of this.
We think with gratitude of the many people who are working hard to help to keep us safe at this time and offer prayer for our politicians and leaders, our health and social care staff, our emergency services and all those providing vital services including those providing food, water, emotional and spiritual support and utilities during this time.
Please also offer in prayer:
Barbara & Frank
David & Pat
Rev Alec
Don
Margaret
Ruth
Doreen
Ken & Pat
Pat
Alan
Danni
Ann & Alison following the death of Alan
Andy, Clare and family following the death of David
